Mojo Monday #233
I created this card using the Mojo Monday sketch #233. I used a brand new stampset from the Stampin' Up! Sale-A-Bration called Elementary Elegance. I inked the frame with Crystal Blue and ran the brush tip of my Rich Razzleberry marker around the edge of the stamp before I stamped it. Here's the sketch:
This week at The Ribbon Carousel it's Baking with the Twinery. So we needed to use baker's twine, one of my favorite ways is to wrap it twice and tie it in a bow on a button, like I've done.
I also used the colors - Raspberry, Harbor, and Honey Mustard - from this weeks The Play Date Cafe. I used some patterned paper from My Minds Eye for the Raspberry. Close to My Heart's Crystal Blue for Harbor and Stampin' Up!'s Crushed Curry for the Honey Mustard.
Supplies Used:
Paper - My Mind's Eye
Cardstock: Crystal Blue, Colonial White - Close to My Heart (CTMH), Crushed Curry - Stampin' Up!
Ink: Crystal Blue - CTMH
Marker: Rich Razzleberry - Stampin' Up!
Stampset: Elementary Elegance - Stampin' Up!
Diamond Stickles - Ranger
Divine Twine
Double Ruffle Ribbon - Morex Corp.
Button - Bling Assortment - CTMH

Hi Stacy: Great card, and just very beautiful. I also entered the Playdate Cafe Challenge using these beautiful colors. I'd love to hear your thoughts on my card I linked up. I'd also like to tell you about a Christian blog where our only challenge requirement (ever) is to use either scripture or an encouraging quote. It's Word Art Wednesday (www.wordartwednesday.blogspot.com) I'd LOVE to have you link up a card some time. I'd like to invite you to become a new follower on my personal blog, Stacy. It would be great to have you, and I would also like your permission for me to become a new follower here on your blog. I'd love to get to know you better. It's always a blessing finding Christian bloggers who share the same love for card-making and crafting. Again, great card and thanks for sharing it. Good luck in your challenges, and I hope to see you some time at Word Art Wednesday, and at my blog. Have a great week!
